Where do I download Termux if the google play version is outdated?
Instead than downloading several apks from f-droid.org, I recommend using the F-Droid app. Then instal termux using its UI. F-droid is a marketplace for open-source apps, similar to Google Play. The most of the apps are odd, but there are a few gems. If a new apk is released, F-Droid will notify you. https://f-droid.org/ You must uninstall any termux apks from f-droid before installing any termux apks from f-droid.
Also, pkg is preffered over apt: https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/Package_Management
